Cutting Board
Our Cutting board is made from many different materials. My choice materials are Maple, Cherry, and Walnut.
I have made other cutting boards made from Alder, Red Cedar, Walnut, Cherry, Paduke, Sapele, and White Oak.
My cutting boards are sized to be a bit larger than normal cutting boards. They aren't as big as Butcher blocks, but are closer in size to a butcher block than a normal cutting board
Measurements are 12"Wx18"Lx1.75"H
I add rubber feet to my cutting boards so that they won't slide and move on the counter top. I also add a juice groove to them for cutting meats. They're sealed with food grade mineral oil, and a butcher block conditioner (mineral oil, and bee's wax mixture).
These cutting boards will last a life time, if taken care of properly.
I offer a 1 time refinishing service for free, If your cutting board ever gets discolored, dried out, or starts chipping, or cracking, contact me and I will make it like new once again.
I also include a 2oz container of butcher block conditioner and recommend that you work your cutting board then reseal it. I also include instructions on how to maintain your cutting board and keep it looking like new.
